Starter Package
The Starter Package course lasts ten weeks. Lessons take place once a week.

The lesson lasts:
60min (individual)
90min (group) ​
You will receive material for each lesson.
EXERCISE
There is homework every week so that you practice the topics you have learned. ​
In between, I write to you e.g. via Whatsapp or Instagram, so that you stay motivated and in practice.
